We will set up a virtual appointment to get to know you, learn about your real estate needs and what you're looking for, and set up a strategy to sell your property or put you into your dream home.

Find Your Favorites or See Your Competition

You will be provided with email notifications the moment a new listing meeting your criteria hits the market and a custom dashboard allowing you to add notes & mark favorites. Staying informed constantly.

Take a Virtual Tour

We will send you online virtual tours of properties and will even do phone tours to walk through properties with you and answer any questions that you may have from the convenience of your home. For sellers, virtual tours will limit the number of individuals coming through your home while allowing the features of your home to be shared to potential buyers.

Digital Signing

When you're ready to list your home or you've found your dream home, you will be able to sign all documents electronically- no need to leave your home!

Delivery of Earnest Money

Buyers will have the option of wiring earnest money, or our mobile title representative will come to you to pick it up.

Home Inspection

In an effort to limit the number of attendees for both buyers & sellers- the home inspector will send a comprehensive digital inspection report with photos and descriptions, allowing you to get to know your property inside and out. 

Mobile Signing

At closing, our mobile notary will come to you for a live personal signing at a location of your choosing.
